This one used a lot of tricks. Mostly parallax, a script to simulate bubbles, and a lot of stage/background building using the pixel brush tool.
BEWARE: this project is pretty heavy. I have a fairly beefy computer but I still experience quite a bit of lag when doing anything. But since you will be mostly viewing, it probably won't be as bad. But try moving a single keyframe to another spot. I have to wait about 10 seconds sometimes.
Shuriken made it possible to recreate each of the 3000+ varieties of tropical fish using nested symbols and advanced tints. However, since there are so many symbols nested in each other, the fish are a big cause of lag.
Learning about the "Snap to Grid" feature helped create the backgrounds very easily.
The splash animations were also done in a way that many splash variations could be made quickly.
